No, sherbet isn't ice cream, it's a sweet white powder that goes a bit fizzy in your mouth, lots of sweets have it over here, like sherbet fountains. Jelly Belly is awesome, I like the purple ones, but the cinnamon ones are evil.

I don't know what a sweet tart is... but the outside is melty in the mouth and inside there is sherbet, yum! Doughnuts sound pretty tasty too though.
